Stage-Based Refund Policy

Refunds may vary depending on the stage of the process:

  • After application submission: Limited refund may apply
  • After admission confirmation: No refund

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and required documents. Refunds will not be issued for rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete submissions.

Third-Party Charges

Fees paid to universities, embassies, or other third-party entities are non-refundable and are governed by their respective policies.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Refund Process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Med Up reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on the circumstances.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Delays may occur depending on the payment provider.

No Guarantee of Admission

Refunds will not be issued based on admission outcomes, as admission decisions are made solely by universities and authorities.
